Medication dependant: Alcohol should not be taken with antibiotics or pain medication. Otherwise "cheers".

BEER: The only contraindications here would be if you are taking other medication prescribed as a result of the extractions, or if you are a designated driver. Other than that, i find beer has an analgesic effect cheers.
