Try: Making personal time for yourself. Go for a walk. Go to the gym. Shop. Do something around an hour a day. Just for you. No calls no work etc. try to get good nights sleep and eat a healthy diet. Behavior modification is great first step. If no improvement. Talk to your doctor about other options
