Lots!: There are plenty of things to eat and still maintain a healthy diet. However, it can be difficult to find commercially available foods or eat at restaurants, since many foods contain those ingredients. Visit the fare website at http://www.Foodallergy.Org for tips on avoiding allergens at restaurants, recipes for cooking food at home, etc. Also, talk with your allergist about additional resources.
