Foods without allerg: You can eat any foods without any of these allergens in them (fruits vegetables, chicken . Pork....) you will need to read food labels on any pre-prepared food to see the ingredients.

Context: Significance of your test results need to take into account what symptoms you have when eating these foods. If you indeed cannot eat these foods, consider chicken, pork, venison, vegetables, fruits.
