i am allergic to wheat, soy, peanut, egg, fish. i have been staying away from all these, but recently my allergies are effecting me alot.

What allergies?: If the foods you mentioned are avoided , then you won't have symptoms of food allergies, but you can still have symptoms of airborne allergies affecting your respiratory tract or skin, better see uour doctor who may refer you to an allergist for further management, good luck
