You need to have your severe anxiety disorder addressed first in order to be able to better discern health changes of concern. Your symptoms are interfering with your daily activities. Talk to your primary care doc about your fears.

Everything will be fine if you decide to step around your irrational fears and get your life in order. See a Psychiatrist immediately to help you deal with your anxieties. See a General Physician for baseline testing and GP's ability to quarterback your care. See a General Dentist to eliminate your debilitating oral infections. See nutritionist to help you loose weight and gain energy. Get help.
