Yes, something wrong: Congratulations on your good health tests so far. The "something wrong" i'm referring to is your anxiety problem, which causes you distress even though you're physically okay. For instance, it's very common for people with generalized anxiety disorder to feel very worried about their health as well as other things. Ask your physician about low cost or sliding scale therapy options -- it helps!

Anxiety: Worry about something being wrong with you is the problem, since your tests show you in good health. It's the worry. Therapy would be best. Also there are support groups and self help techniques that can be beneficial. Practicing meditation, relaxation techniques, and possibly energy tapping can help.
