A 31-year-old female asked:
Disclaimer

I have an anxiety disorder. I’ve tried Zoloft, Prozac, Venlafaxine, Cipralex, Quetiapine. Now I use Paxil. All these medications make me sleepy during the day and cause troubles with concentration and memory. Are there any other options?

A few good choices: Lexapro tends to have fewer side effect than other ssri meds, buspar which also works by increasing serotonin, and is often pretty easy to tolerate . Wellbutrin might be worth trying and is often easy to tolerate. Optimize your diet , lots of leafy greens, avoid inflammatory foods -dairy, grains and sugar
