Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Go see your doctor: We're got a forest fire raging close to vegas & many of our asthma & emphysema patients are coming in short of breath asking for more of their rescue inhalers which we refer to as short-acting beta agonists (saba). Or you might ask for a higher dose laba (long-acting beta agonist and/or higher dose inhaled corticosteroid). Bottom line, lots of options, so go see your family doc.
