Need more informatio: To answer you specifically would need to know specifically what supplements you are worried about. If the medications listed are those you are taking, there are not too many risks, but in general a really healthy diet should protect you. Acetaminophen can be harmful if used excessively, even less for some. Clonazepam, though useful, can induce dependence.

Medication cocktail: It's hard to respond to your question since you have only listed one "psych med" [clonazepam] and have not listed any supplements. I agree with dr. Willner's assessment of potential liver issues with acetominophen and habituation with clonazepam. If additional other substances (alcohol, thc, etc) are used it could result in more drowsiness than expected. Please share further & we'll try to help.
