Pvc actually common: Pvc s are fairly common. A cause should be saught out. Labs echo and poss stress test. Holters and event recorers can be used . Hx of caffiene and suplements ., .Etc if all check out no treatment needed. If symptomatic beta blockers and possibly magnesium can be used.

Confusion: Not too common but acute causes most rule out low sodium, delirium from drugs, medicines or alcohol, or intracraneal pathology ( stroke, tumors )but it may well be due to alzheimer's ( dementia) disease or other dementia.
