Zostrix (capsaicin): This may work although you wont feel great initially. Rub some over the counter capsacin xp cream on the tender area for 5 minutes twice daily. Rub hard to the point that you induce pain within 2 weeks the pain should resolve spontaneosly. Careful not to get the cream on your face. If you do you'll be forgetting about your arm pain for about 30 minutes! we use this for our chronic pain patient.
