May be: Scar tissue. Generally would be enlarging and increasingly painful if there was a recurrent abscess. Sometimes a fistula can form too, but again generally would be painful and having a drainage or discharge. Best to have a doctor examine it for you.

Perianal lump: Unless it progresses and becomes inflamed, try not to worry about it... Since there is nothing that you can really do to prevent such problems. By the way, hemorrhoids can cause similar problems. Regardless, if it progresses, you need to see a local doctor.
