dime sized hard, red, itchy, painful lump on left breast next to nipple. has drained some pus and bloody/pus. cancerous, abscess or something else?

See a doctor: Cannot tell here what you nay have. It may be as simple as an infection that needs antibiotics. Needs a physical exam. Will need mammogram once the acute inflammation resolves. See a doctor asap.
