Hi, i have lumps on my skin, more on arms then legs, very itchy . i've used phernegan 10mg tablet daily but still no improvement. arms are scarred now due to itching.

Itchy lumps: If the lumps last only 24 hours and are scattered, hives would be the problem. If the lumps last days or more these could be insect bites(like bed bugs).. Very dry skin can occasionally present as itchy lumps. If antihistamines like benadryl or claritin don't help and lumps keep recurring, consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
