Could be: Band like headaches could describe tension headache and neck pain can result from muscle tension. Examination to rule out any associated neurological or eye abnormality is prudent.

Could be: Headaches are often caused by muscle tension. Since neck muscles attach to the head, if a neck muscle is tight, it can also pull on the scalp, causing pain in a very specific area. Muscle relaxation exercises should help, if this is the case.
