Would a cvst headache be mild? and respond to advil or would it be severe ive had this same headache pattern for 8-9 days now. its like a tension headache in the top of my head above my eye. and sometimes at the base of my head. tight neck muscles?

There are numerous triggers for headaches, and tight neck muscles are but one. Presume "cvst" means sinus thrombosis, and constant headaches are but one clinical sign. Neck pain due to texting? Got headaches sometimes. Affected neck posture? Is it due to muscle tightness or spasm? When I extend my head it relieves.
Left eye/temple headache, PND, sort throat for 5 days. Doc says sinus. On Zithromax, Steriod spray, Advil (ibuprofen). Still have pain. Maybe Viral? Suggestions?
