Psychogenic?: The symptoms do not bring any serious disease to mind real sometimes incapacitating symptoms can be due to psychological causes but have a general check up with an internist.

Another opinion: Tingling down your left arm can signal a heart problem, a pinched nerve or something else. I would go get another opinion asap.

Need evaluation: Jaw pain and left arm numbness can be a signal of cardiac insufficiency. Need to be cleared byphysician now. If medically sound, need to then see dentist to evaluate occlusion and muscle function. May need orthodontist if malocclusion contributory to facial pain.

TMJ expert: How do you know you don't have TMJ? You may. See a TMJ expert. Cardiac problems other docs suggested unlikely based on your age and gender. But make sure your MD has assessed your left arm symptoms.
