Definitely, yes: Tension Type Headache. More muscle tenderness has been found in patients with TTH than in non-headache controls. However, it is not unusual for patients with TTH to experience stubbing pain in the head musculature. The pains are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the cervical muscles and other muscles pain as well as the pericranial muscles. See an orofacial specialist.
