Doc, last march 2014 i undergo a major operation.my left ovary was removed due to twisted ovarian cyst. may i ask if can i do dancing exercise again?

4-6 weeks: I assume you had an open incision, called a laparotomy. If so, it usually takes 4-6 weeks to heal enough to begin more vigorous physical activity. When you do begin, go easy at first.
