Unclear Question: If you are asking can you have cyst and have had the miscarriages the answer is yes. Theses are separate issues that can be related if you have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome. This can affect your fertility status and your ability to maintain a pregnancy. More info would be needed to understand the need for Progesterone therapy. Cyst can be treated w birth control.
