Absent periods ?: Stress in any form (heavy exercise, emotional, work or school related) can suspend ovulation, which will stop periods. Of course, pregnancy and "polycystic ovarian syndrome" (PCOS) will also cause lack of periods. If pregnancy is not possible, see your gyn physician for an exam and possible pelvic ultrasound to confirm reasons for lack of periods.

Period: Do you mean your period is not back? You should do HIIT only two or no more than three times per week. This does not exclude doing exercise daily just not HIIT https://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2013/06/21/interval-training.aspx
