Stop Cytomel (liothyronine): Thyroid blood tests can't check levels of Cytomel (liothyronine) appropriately, it can only confuse the results of the blood tests. Cytomel (liothyronine) is not helpful and potentially harmful and most endocrinologists would not recommend it for replacement therapy.
