Compromise: Remember exercise comes in all shapes and forms. You may not have to go to the gym but you have to be moving! Avoid elevators and try to walk everywhere. Many objects common objects around the home or workplace can serve as a poor man's dumbbell but becareful. In the end this may not get you to your ultimate weight but it's a start. Remember the other component focuses around mindful eating.
