Been 2 pcp & heart doc and er sev times work ups clean but still having constant chest pain w/ racing. 21/f/obese. clean angio. high bp and diabetes.

Clean angio: You had an angiogram at 21? Constant chest pain like that sounds noncardiac. With a normal coronary angiogram you're all set. It seems unlikely you have anything dangerous at your age.
