Either systolic or diastolic # is high then hypertension is confirmed. They may not need to be high in parallel. Systolic pressure of 130 or higher is now defined as hypertension at your age so systolic hypertension is present. You should see a doctor, have blood pressure checked manually x 2 visits for confirmation. Heart exam should be done because of the relatively low diastolic #. Good luck.
