Chin-ups/Pull-ups: Exercises that stretch the body help, but genetics will ultimately be the deciding factor. Yoga, pilates, and other stretching exercises should also help but none of the exercises are expected to make a huge difference in your final height.

There are no exercises that specifically increase height.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches.You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.
