Height: height is unlikely to increase after age 21. In very rare circumstances, there have been people who get taller after age 21 years. Don't count on it though. Myth: The final growth of any person is determined by the growth centers in your bones.When these close (16-18 men) you are done.No amount of stretches, yoga, hanging upside down, etc.will ever change that. If you want, you can have the bones in your wrist/hand x-rayed for growth center analysis.If these are closed you are finished.
