A member asked:

Is there a test that gives you a breakdown of the numbers of specific types of lymphocytes(b cells, t cells...etc.)? if so, what is it called?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

More then one: Antibody labeling of the cells and detecting the antibody is the principle behind these tests. Flow cytometry is the commonest way to do do lymphocyte subset typing.
