Had a lymes test weeks ago, now been called back to give more blood for another test, why would that be? thought 2 tier testing was done with 1 sample

Hard to say: Sometimes the initial specimen is mislabeled or contaminated and they must start over. It may also have been submitted for the wrong test and the error became evident.Whatever the reason, I would not overthink it.
