Wbc 8.8. neutrophils 78.8%. absolute 6.9. lymphocytes 14.5%. absolute 1.3. negative hiv ab/ag test 75 days post exposure. if hiv was causing these numbers, it would certainly be positive by a test correct?

The values are not abnormal, and by 75 days post exposure the 4th generation HIV test that is currently used would be positive. What is more important is to remove yourself from risk exposure, or use pre exposure prophylaxis.
