No easy way to diet: If you truly want to change your body and your mind with a better life then there will be nothing easy about it. But, it will be worth it. One must learn three things: the diet you eat should be about 1500 calories consisting of 60% proteins, 25% carbohydrates and 15% fats. One must eat slowly and gets easier if the calories are divided into 6 meals. And them daily moderate exercise.

No easy way: It takes a balanced program of diet, exercise. Not a walk around the block but a health club program with the help of an at-c, also some time of 1 on 1 instruction, later semi private, then with a good idea of what you need 2 do, have a sheet they will help u with and go on ur own, and log in each day what u do. Hard 1 day easy next day then repeat. Hydrate + adequate protein. Long process go!
