Yes: Height, for the most part, is genetically determined. However, eating healthy foods which have all the vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and proteins found in vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, seeds, whole grains and wild alaskan salmon, plus staying physically fit, getting at least 15 minutes sun a day (not face), getting at least 9 hours of sleep at your age, and staying calm will help.
