Longer discussion: Hi Great question! Changing the proportion of your body composition from less fat and more "lean" mass is definitely possible. But it takes careful planning and some trial/error to see what plan works for you. The important thing is making sure that you are still eating the right nutrients - remember this isn't a diet and it's not just about cutting calories. Hope this helps.
