Not safe: Tibolone is a synthetic estrogen used to treat post-menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal bleeding. It is not safe for women who have had breast cancer. A trial of more than 3000 women was stopped due to increases in cancer recurrence. It's not as well-understood as standard estrogen-progestin drugs; it doesn't work as well for symptoms and it may have higher risks. Weight? I'm not sure.
