There are variants of "IVF" which involve ovarian stimulation to force more eggs to be available, which is accompanied by higher estrogen levels to achieve this. Another "IVF" process can involve only fertilization of one egg , and does not incorporate ovarian stimulation, hence not increasing the chance of endometrial or breast cancer. Ask your GYN physician for guidance.
