No. Yes.: No, human milk (nor any of the other milks such as cow milk or goat milk) does not suppress cancer cells. Yes, breast milk is perfectly safe (that's why we give it to babies) in a person who can drink whole milk. However, adults get too much animal fat when they drink whole milk, except perhaps those who have eliminated all other animal fat from their diets.

Unlikely: No scientific studies have been done to look at this question. Breast milk does contain some immune cells that theoretically might help suppress cancer cells, but your own body have many, many more. If you wife does not have hiv, then it is generally safe for an adult to drink human milks.
