Panic=sudden anxiety: Panic-rapid onset - 4 or more of- heartbeat fast, sweat, shaky, short of breath, chest tightness/pain, nausea/stomach problem, lightheaded/fainty, feeling detached, fear of losing it, fear of dying. Anxiety- excessive worry plus 3 of - keyed up or restless, easily tired, irritable, muscle tension, trouble falling or staying asleep, trouble concentrating. Panic/anxiety may occur in same person.
