Do you think i should brush and floss immediately after eating or wait awhile?

If the opportunity: Presents, absolutely no harm done either way. Brushing two times a day is a core minimum - if you can squeeze another one in during the day - you are my hero! and add flossing to that - brilliant! you might put us out of business! hope this helps.

Your choice: As long as you brush 2 to 3 times a day and floss once a day you can decide when the best times for you are. However, never brush immediately after eating/drinking anything acidic. You are better off chewing a sugarless gum with xylitol after those types of meals. This will help to prevent acidic erosion of your teeth. Once enamel erodes away, it is gone for good.
