Reflux: I have also seen severe gastric reflux disease cause bad breath. So check with dentist and make sure you don't have gum disease. And then, depending on other symptoms look for sinusitis or reflux. You could see your primary care provider to help sort through the possibilities.

Causes: Unless you gums are red swollen and bleeding most likely your bad breath is coming from your stomach.
