See dentist: Brush or scrape your tongue. If that doesn't help, see a dentist or periodontist for a periodontal exam.

Gum disease, caries: Halitosis or bad breath may be caused by gum disease, cavities, tonsillar stones, sinus and stomach problems. The great majority of cases of bad breath are caused by gum disease and or caries. Have a dentist examine you to rule-out gum disease and or cavities.

Dental\Medical?: There are many causes of bad breath, both of dental and medical origin. For most patients it's poor oral hygiene, periodontal problems and cavities. First see your dentist to rule out these dental problems. For more information on the subject see: http://smilesapartcosmeticdentist.Com/fresh-breath-control.Htm.
