Reach out: Reach out to others, because trying to fight depression on your own is more suffering than you need to bear. You can certainly exercise and make sure you eat healthy meals, if your appetite and energy permit. But support from caring others is needed. Working with psychologist can be very helpful -- and psychiatrists can also prescribe helpful medications if needed. Don't wait!
