Constricted bronchia: Wheezing usually indicates constricted bronchial tubes in asthma, or mucus in the bronchial tubes in copd. You need to determinet the exact cause of your wheezing and then treatment with inhalers, will help significantly. You need to see your physician if you have been a smoker because wheezing in one area could mean a blocked bronchial tube from mucus, or an obstructing cancer.
