Fibromyalgia vs. Lym: Lyme is always in the differential diagnosis of fibromyalgia for me but also have you been checked for spine problems, pinched nerves, etc. Of the spine. Inflammatory arthritis is in the differential diagnosis. It all involves working with your physician at arriving at an accurate diagnosis.
