Will need to see PCP: That's a long time to struggle with abdominal pain but thankfully not too acute. If you start vomiting, have fevers, or worsening abdominal pain - go to the er. Otherwise, it's best to follow up with your pcp as soon as possible for further evaluation. In the meantime, can try pepto bismol or tums (calcium carbonate). Hope you feel better soon.
