Maybe...: Intestinal adhesions & scar tissue causing partial intestinal blockage. Maybe stomach ulcers if part of your stomach was removed. Maybe something else unrelated like gallstones, pancreatitis, or food borne infection. Would need to see a doctor for an examination.
