Indeed: A lot depends on why you've been doing this late night life and how much of a sleep deficit you've built. If the reasons are problems, it's even more troubling - but in any case it's not good for you in any way (as you're discovering). Each person's weaker systems will show 1st but no part of you will be at it's best, Start back on track ASAP - get help from a Dr. if you can.
