Having bad stomach pains nausea bleeding and im feeling kinda dizy what's going on im in a lot of pain to please help im on depo-provera and having unprotected sex?

Go to ER: You may well have a bleeding ulcer and the blood loss may be the cause for your dizziness. Go to the nearest er now before something really bad happens.
