Call your Dr: If you are having unprotected sex, you may be pregnant even if you are using depoprovera shots. It's important to make sure that you are not pregnant and that your symptoms (bleeding, pain and nausea) are not due to internal bleeding from an ectopic pregnancy. You should do a urine pregnancy test and call your dr.
