Go for a walk: some light exercise will help your bowels move and move the gas through your system. it also helps to spread your legs and roll your torso around your hips and touch your toes to work you intestines and move the gs through. When you eat pizza, your blood sugar can get real low form the insulin, so eating a half apple or other fruit might help. Sugars and starches generate more gas
