Unrelated: Lattice is a developmental change in the peripheral retina - a response to stretching with scar formation. This is a common site of retinal holes. There is no relationship to the sculpting of the cornea done in lasik surgery.

Probably not: Lattice degeneration is a fairly common peripheral retinal degeneration that occurs more commonly in nearsighted people. Lasik does not cause lattice.

Yes, but indirectly: Lattice degeneration, a thinning of the peripheral retina, is more common in near sighted individuals. It can be associated with spontaneous retinal tears, holes, and detachments. Presumably you had lasik for myopia, or near sightedness. So, you are at a higher risk of lattice and retinal holes, and this is unlikely related to the lasik procedure itself.
